SUNY Oswego awarded nearly 2,100 undergraduate and graduate degrees during the May 13 Commencement ceremonies. The following featured speakers addressed the 2017 graduates during three ceremonies: Dr. Vincent Intondi M’03, associate professor of history and director of the Institute for Race, Justice and Community Engagement at Montgomery College in Takoma Park, Md., for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences; Thomas W. Schneider, president and CEO of Pathfinder Bank, for the School of Business, where Schneider serves as an adjunct professor and on the School of Business Advisory Board; and Grammy-winning composer Richard Einhorn, who has written for opera, orchestra, chamber, film, dance and multimedia, for the School of Education and the School of Communication, Media and the Arts.
