
The New York State Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET) has provided funding to the SUNY Oswego Presidential Scholars for the past 17 years. Bill Shannon, business manager for the Upstate New York Laborers’ District and LECET representative, presented a $25,000 check in October to President Deborah F. Stanley to support the program. The Presidential Scholars program helps Oswego attract top talent from high schools across the nation.
