School of Education Dean Pam Michel (left) congratulated curriculum and instruction faculty member Maria Murray on receiving the Perry A. Zirkel ’66 Education Faculty Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Teaching in Education. Zirkel, an expert on education law, established the award to recognize faculty accomplishment and as an enduring way to acknowledge Oswego’s institutional value.
